Tamarack Packaging specializes in thin-gauge thermoforming, producing clear, rigid plastic packaging that’s formed, trimmed, and finished to your exact specifications. We thermoform parts from .010″ to .050″ in thickness using PVC and other materials, with in-line capabilities that support efficient production and consistent results.

What We Thermoform

Blisters

Clear, rigid cavities designed to hold a product in place, often sealed to a printed backer card. Our blister packs are custom-formed to your shape and are a popular choice for retail displays, OEM components, and safety gear.

Clamshells

A hinged, fold-over design that locks together, typically with snap closures or button locks. Our custom clamshell packaging is ideal for tools, electronics, hardware, and other small to mid-sized products. Options include hanging holes or freestanding counter displays.

Trays & Lids

We create thermoformed trays with custom-shaped cavities that hold tools, parts, or components in place, often paired with clear snap-on lids for added protection and visibility. Used in assembly kits, storage systems, and tool tray organizer setups.
